I had a mixed experience at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. On the positive side, the location is excellent with plenty of food outlets and a nearby mall. However, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and service, particularly regarding housekeeping and the in-house laundry service. Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, they were overshadowed by the problems I encountered.
